When DSW first built their Luxury Designer Section these were the first batch of shoes they got in. And for me it was love at first sight. I wanted them so bad I could hardly look at them, that's a lie but I do think I tried them on every shift I worked! Finally the summer came and they went on super sale but alas I was going on vaca. So I put them on hold for a week and when I came back someone had taken them off hold and sold them. I don't think I have ever been more depressed over a pair of shoes. But (this is where it gets good) the lady ended up returning them (never worn) and that is how my favorite pair of shoes ever became part of my closet and icing on the cake, they were only $60.

This outfit was just a throwback to the 1950's, maybe for a date night. The weather has been so nice lately that I am not looking forward to it getting cold again, it will because it is the Midwest!
